shouben kozou / peeing boy fountain

I was listening to music on my way back to Yokohama from Akiba when I spaced off and didn't transfer trains at Tokyo station. It was two stops later that I realized my error and stepped off the train to catch one returning back to Tokyo. As luck would have it, I stepped onto the platform and came face-to-face with this fountain.
My first reaction was to giggle and I figured it must be a tribute to one of the fine beer distilleries here in Japan. I took a few photos of it and when the next train came to the platform, I waited for it to close it's doors and proceeded to wash my hands in the falling water. Once again, I proved wrong that old fact about Japanese culture I was taught in college about Japanese not staring...
